Healthy protein balls

If I'm not running out the door eating a lara bar, you can catch me or my husband eating one of these yummies I make weekly. They are super easy healthy protein balls that help with staying full in between meals. You can pretty much add anything you want to them, but we like to keep them simple.

You will need:

1 c. Organic Peanut Butter (creamy)

1. c Gluten Free Oats

1/ 3 c. Shredded Coconut ( I toast mine a little bit)

1/2 c. Flax seed meal

1/2 c. raw or regular honey

Mix all together, refrigerate for at least an hour, scoop into a small ball size, then store in a glass or airtight container. Enjoy, from my kitchen to yours!
